OU COM prom

That's right folks...your crazy friends in graduate and med school just went to prom. It was actually the annual banquet for the Family Practice Club, but all the students call it the prom. Brett and I can both agree that high school prom was quite a disappointing time in our lives, but this made up for every horrible dance we've been to (there was a social lubricant...need I say more). When Nelly Furtado's "Promiscuous Girl" blasted on the speakers, we weren't sure how to dance. Once we let the music take control there was no looking back. Martha, you would have been proud :) We started wishing we would have had dancing at our wedding (preferably when the congregation sang 606). Adam you could have choreographed some moves, right?

I think the highlight of the night was seeing the future doctors of America rub their bodies up against each other. Yikes!

We played it an awful lot during freshman year...I think that place no longer exists...I vaguely remember some water guns...and some character called "The White Ninja"...I think it was called: ?????.

Best game to come out of Russia since Tetris.

Remember when?

Last night I was looking through a bunch of college pictures. I found this one from the end of freshman year when I ate a goldfish.

It brings back such amazing memories, but I must say I don't like at all how I looked (and felt) back then. I kinda wish I could gather all the people and experiences back together and retake the pictures now.

Oh well.

Thank goodness for Germany SST (walking everywhere and eating healthy) and the East Hall Buff-o-Meter and good friends.

in the spirit of good hair

Angela gave me a haircut the other day...I am clearly the coolest medical student in school. I was also missing my long hair, so Angela lent me some of hers...after we played doctor for a while. Sorry folks, no full blooded East Hall baby yet.
