The random musical connection of the day:
On the latest Switchfoot album, the 9th song ("On Fire"), there is a moment at about the 2:30 - 3:10 mark where the song proper drops out, leaving whiring and chiming electronics and then Jon Foreman reenters. It strikes me as earily similar to a Thom Yorke wail during OK Computer-era Radiohead. I likes it.
